Terms and Conditions - Chicken Vet CPD Course

1. Payment terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

1. once you have booked onto the course, you will be sent an invoice (we will use the details you have provided for the invoice)
2. upon receipt of the invoice, you must ensure that full payment is made within 20 days from the end of the month the invoice is issued. If the course commences sooner than 20 days from the end of the month it must be paid in full prior to the course start date.

2. Credit terms

Our standard credit terms for our account customers are 20 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is issued.

3. Course bookings

Bookings can be made via the Chicken Vet website or by using our online booking form. All bookings received will be confirmed via email.

4. Transfers

It is possible for a booking to be transferred to another Chicken Vet course. Provided we are contacted in advance of the course, no charges will apply. A transfer can only be made if there is availability on the date/course requested.

5. Cancellations

Should your circumstances mean that you must cancel your attendance at the course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, you must contact us by telephone or e-mail to notify us and the following will apply:

•  More than four weeks prior to the course – no charge
• Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course fee will be payable
• Less than two weeks prior to the course – full fee will be payable

6. Non-attendance

If you do not attend the course and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.

7. Late arrivals/missed sessions

If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any sessions, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In such cases, the full course fee remains payable.

8. Unforeseen circumstances

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.

9. Eligibility

To be eligible to attend a Chicken Vet CPD training course attendees must be a qualified vet or veterinary nurse.

10. VAT

All courses are subject to the current applicable rate of VAT.
