During the festive period, our delivery times are subject to changes and this may apply to specific products/ product ranges. Please see below for details:
Predator Mites - Orders for Predator Mite that are received between 17th December 20 and 4th January 21 will be delivered the week commencing Monday 11th January 2021.
Beryl's Friendly Bacteria - The last order date for Beryl's Friendly Bacteria is Monday 21st December. Please ensure these orders are made before 12pm on the 21st to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. This is because this is a live product and needs refrigerating when not in transit.
Orders for Beryl's that are received between 21st December 20 and 3rd January 21 will be delivered the week commencing Monday 4th January 2021.
For all other products, our warehouse will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. All orders on these days will be dealt with on the next working day, and so dispatch dates may see a slight delay on usual turnaround times.
All delivery times will resume to business as usual week commencing Monday 4th January 2021.
