This line is manned by a Field Service person who is a specialist in small flock care and management. The helpline is for husbandry and non veterinary advice. The phone line is answered during office hours Monday to Friday and is charged at £0.77p per minute, this will automatically be deducted by your telephone provider. You will not be charged if the phone is not answered or if it is engaged.

Before phoning the helpline have as much information to hand as possible to help in reducing your costs.

Please do not try to book appointments to see a vet on the helpline, you will be charged for your time and you will need to register as a client to make an appointment.
