Field Services
To speak to a member of our Field Service staff you can call our helpline. This number is not manned by a vet, to gain veterinary advice you must speak to your own vet or register with us as a client.
Our field service complements our Veterinary Service. If you are a registered client then you can pay an annual fee for a Field Service Retainer Scheme or you can pay an individual visit fee of £30 / hour + vat.
The Field Service offers a cost effective way of gaining additional help and advice when a vet may not be necessary. The service will offer advice on management and biosecurity, vaccination and auditing, assistance with blood, water and feed sampling and any other general poultry management issues. Only a veterinary surgeon can make a disease diagnosis but the field service can advise on husbandry issues and general management as well as suggesting whether veterinary involvement is needed.
