We advise initially using our Health Care Pathway to assist you with some common problems in the keeping and care of your chickens. If you do not find the answer you are looking for you can contact us by ringing our helpline on 0905 187 0000 where you can speak to a member of our field staff.

This line is answered Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The calls are charged at £0.75p per minute, you will not be charged if the phone is engaged or not answered.

This line is not answered by a vet, if you require veterinary assistance we advise you either contact your own vet or register with us to speak to one of our poultry consultants.
